Who advertises on Barangay Directory?▾
Local businesses (sari-sari suppliers, water refilling stations, lending offices, pharmacies, restaurants, hardware stores), service providers, regional brands, NGOs, and any organisation that wants to reach Filipinos at the barangay level.
How do I pay?▾
We are currently in a trial period and not yet accepting paid transactions. Submit your inquiry and we'll keep you on our launch list. When we officially launch, payment will be accepted via GCash, Maya, and bank transfer.
Can I target specific barangays or cities?▾
Yes. You can target a single barangay (e.g. Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City), multiple barangays, an entire city (all 142 barangays in QC), an entire region (all 1,710 barangays in NCR), or sitewide.
How long does setup take?▾
Once your payment is confirmed, your listing or ad goes live within 24 hours. For pinned announcements, we can usually publish the same day.
Are sponsored placements clearly labelled?▾
Yes. Every sponsored listing, pinned announcement, and banner ad is clearly labelled 'Sponsored'. We never alter the directory's editorial data for paying customers.
Do you offer refunds?▾
If we fail to publish your listing within 48 hours of payment confirmation, we issue a full refund. After publication, we can pro-rate the refund for unused days at our discretion.
How is your traffic measured?▾
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for all traffic measurement. We can share GA4 reports for your specific listing's reach upon request.
Can I edit my listing after it goes live?▾
Yes. Email us with the changes and we update within 24 hours. Future versions will include a self-service editor.
What kind of listings do you NOT accept?▾
We do not accept ads for online gambling sites, illegal lending, scams, adult content, or anything that violates Philippine law. We reserve the right to refuse any listing that compromises the directory's integrity.
Do you handle creative or design work?▾
We can format basic listings for you. For custom banner ads, you provide the artwork (we accept JPG, PNG, or WebP). Design services available on request.
