Barangay San Gregorio

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay San Gregorio is one of the administrative divisions of Alaminos in Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Gregorio had a population of 3,504. This made it the 6th largest of 15 barangays in Alaminos by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Gregorio accounted for approximately 6.79% of the total population of Alaminos, which stood at 51,619 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 3,315 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 3,504 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +5.7%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay San Gregorio is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Alaminos is a municipality comprising 15 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Gregorio, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
