Barangay San Antonio Pob. is a small barangay in the municipality of Alangalang, located in the province of Leyte, in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Antonio Pob. had a population of 1,506. This made it the 12th largest of 54 barangays in Alangalang by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality.
