Situated in Alicia, Bohol, Barangay Del Monte is one of 15 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Visayas.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Del Monte had a population of 856. This made it the 11th largest of 15 barangays in Alicia by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Del Monte accounted for approximately 3.51% of the total population of Alicia, which stood at 24,374 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Del Monte changed from 834 to 856, a shift of +2.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Alicia.
