Barangay Poblacion

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Poblacion is one of the administrative divisions of Anda in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Poblacion had a population of 3,793. This made it the 1st largest of 18 barangays in Anda by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Poblacion accounted for approximately 9.13% of the total population of Anda, which stood at 41,548 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Poblacion moving from 3,450 residents to 3,793 residents, an intercensal change of +9.9%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Poblacion as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
