Barangay Arpili

Barangay Arpili is a large barangay in the municipality of Balamban, located in the province of Cebu, in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Arpili had a population of 6,977. This made it the 4th largest of 28 barangays in Balamban by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Arpili accounted for approximately 7.33% of the total population of Balamban, which stood at 95,136 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Arpili moving from 6,312 residents to 6,977 residents, an intercensal change of +10.5%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Arpili is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
