Barangay 2 (Pob.)

Barangay 2 (Pob.) is a small barangay in the city of Batangas City, located in the province of Batangas, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay 2 (Pob.) had a population of 501. This made it the 87th largest of 105 barangays in Batangas City by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay 2 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 0.14% of the total population of Batangas City, which stood at 351,437 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay 2 (Pob.) moving from 744 residents to 501 residents, an intercensal change of -32.7%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
