The barangay recorded 13,270 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 12,788 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -3.6%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Bolbok as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
