Barangay Santo Domingo

Barangay Santo Domingo is a small barangay in the city of Batangas City, located in the province of Batangas, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Santo Domingo had a population of 1,915. This made it the 53rd largest of 105 barangays in Batangas City by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Santo Domingo accounted for approximately 0.54% of the total population of Batangas City, which stood at 351,437 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Santo Domingo moving from 1,965 residents to 1,915 residents, an intercensal change of -2.5%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
