Barangay Talumpok Silangan

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Talumpok Silangan is one of the administrative divisions of Batangas City in Batangas, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Talumpok Silangan had a population of 2,301. This made it the 48th largest of 105 barangays in Batangas City by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Talumpok Silangan accounted for approximately 0.65% of the total population of Batangas City, which stood at 351,437 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,060 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,301 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +11.7%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Talumpok Silangan as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
