Barangay Bobok-Bisal

Barangay Bobok-Bisal is a small barangay in the municipality of Bokod, located in the province of Benguet, in the CAR region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bobok-Bisal had a population of 1,246. This made it the 5th largest of 10 barangays in Bokod by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bobok-Bisal accounted for approximately 8.63% of the total population of Bokod, which stood at 14,435 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Bobok-Bisal changed from 1,254 to 1,246, a shift of -0.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with broadly stable populations in Bokod. Barangay Bobok-Bisal is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Bokod is a municipality comprising 10 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Bobok-Bisal, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Benguet, which contains 269 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Bobok-Bisal ranks 106th by 2020 population.
