Barangay Poblacion 10

Barangay Poblacion 10 is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Buenavista, located in the province of Agusan Del Norte, in the Caraga region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Poblacion 10 had a population of 2,669. This made it the 11th largest of 25 barangays in Buenavista by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Poblacion 10 accounted for approximately 3.87% of the total population of Buenavista, which stood at 68,892 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Poblacion 10 moving from 2,481 residents to 2,669 residents, an intercensal change of +7.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Poblacion 10 as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
