Barangay M. Roxas

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay M. Roxas is one of the administrative divisions of Bulan in Sorsogon, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay M. Roxas had a population of 1,261. This made it the 34th largest of 63 barangays in Bulan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay M. Roxas accounted for approximately 1.20% of the total population of Bulan, which stood at 105,190 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,027 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,261 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +22.8%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay M. Roxas as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Bulan is a municipality comprising 63 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay M.
