Barangay Sapngan (Pob.)

Barangay Sapngan (Pob.) is a very small barangay in the municipality of Bulusan, located in the province of Sorsogon, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Sapngan (Pob.) had a population of 497. This made it the 18th largest of 24 barangays in Bulusan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sapngan (Pob.) accounted for approximately 2.08% of the total population of Bulusan, which stood at 23,932 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Sapngan (Pob.) moving from 492 residents to 497 residents, an intercensal change of +1.0%. The trajectory indicates a slowly expanding community.
