Barangay Jasaan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Jasaan is one of the administrative divisions of Cabanglasan in Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Jasaan had a population of 1,444. This made it the 11th largest of 15 barangays in Cabanglasan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Jasaan accounted for approximately 3.98% of the total population of Cabanglasan, which stood at 36,286 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Jasaan moving from 1,450 residents to 1,444 residents, an intercensal change of -0.4%. The trajectory indicates a broadly stable community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Jasaan as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Cabanglasan is a municipality comprising 15 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Jasaan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
