Barangay Talibaew

Barangay Talibaew is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Calasiao, located in the province of Pangasinan, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Talibaew had a population of 4,827. This made it the 8th largest of 24 barangays in Calasiao by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Talibaew accounted for approximately 4.80% of the total population of Calasiao, which stood at 100,471 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Talibaew moving from 4,651 residents to 4,827 residents, an intercensal change of +3.8%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Talibaew is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
