Barangay San Vicente

Situated in Caramoan, Camarines Sur, Barangay San Vicente is one of 49 barangays that make up the municipality within Bicol Region.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Vicente had a population of 1,095. This made it the 17th largest of 49 barangays in Caramoan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Vicente accounted for approximately 2.12% of the total population of Caramoan, which stood at 51,728 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,079 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,095 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +1.5%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Vicente as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Caramoan is a municipality comprising 49 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Vicente, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
