Barangay Dalig

Situated in City of Antipolo, Rizal, Barangay Dalig is one of 16 barangays that make up the city within CALABARZON.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Dalig had a population of 58,598. This made it the 8th largest of 16 barangays in City of Antipolo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Dalig accounted for approximately 6.60% of the total population of City of Antipolo, which stood at 887,399 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 52,222 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 58,598 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +12.2%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Dalig as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Antipolo is a city comprising 16 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Dalig, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Rizal, which contains 189 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Dalig ranks 17th by 2020 population.
