Barangay Poblacion Zone 13

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Poblacion Zone 13 is one of the administrative divisions of City of Baybay in Leyte, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Poblacion Zone 13 had a population of 215. This made it the 89th largest of 92 barangays in City of Baybay by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Poblacion Zone 13 accounted for approximately 0.19% of the total population of City of Baybay, which stood at 111,848 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Poblacion Zone 13 changed from 227 to 215, a shift of -5.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in City of Baybay. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Poblacion Zone 13 as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
