Barangay Bay-ang

This made it the 20th largest of 31 barangays in City of Cabadbaran by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Bay-ang changed from 1,368 to 1,580, a shift of +15.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Cabadbaran. Barangay Bay-ang is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Cabadbaran is a city comprising 31 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Bay-ang, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
