Barangay Banadero

Barangay Banadero is a large barangay in the City of Calamba, located in the province of Laguna, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Banadero had a population of 12,647. This made it the 15th largest of 54 barangays in City of Calamba by population, placing it in the upper half of the city. Residents of Barangay Banadero accounted for approximately 2.34% of the total population of City of Calamba, which stood at 539,671 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Banadero changed from 10,412 to 12,647, a shift of +21.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Calamba. Barangay Banadero is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
