Barangay San Juan

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay San Juan is one of the administrative divisions of City of Dasmariñas in Cavite, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Juan had a population of 3,667. This made it the 52nd largest of 75 barangays in City of Dasmariñas by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay San Juan accounted for approximately 0.52% of the total population of City of Dasmariñas, which stood at 703,141 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 3,612 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 3,667 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +1.5%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement. Barangay San Juan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Dasmariñas is a city comprising 75 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Juan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
