Barangay Bagumbayan (Pob.)

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Bagumbayan (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of City of Ilagan in Isabela, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Bagumbayan (Pob.) had a population of 2,321. This made it the 20th largest of 91 barangays in City of Ilagan by population, placing it in the upper half of the city. Residents of Barangay Bagumbayan (Pob.) accounted for approximately 1.47% of the total population of City of Ilagan, which stood at 158,218 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,286 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,321 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +1.5%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Bagumbayan (Pob.) as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
