Barangay San Ramon

Barangay San Ramon forms part of City of Iriga, a city in Camarines Sur, and is classified as a small barangay.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Ramon had a population of 1,790. This made it the 27th largest of 36 barangays in City of Iriga by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay San Ramon accounted for approximately 1.56% of the total population of City of Iriga, which stood at 114,457 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,704 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,790 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +5.0%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay San Ramon is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Iriga is a city comprising 36 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Ramon, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Camarines Sur, which contains 1,063 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay San Ramon ranks 422nd by 2020 population. The next Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, with officials serving four-year terms under Republic Act No. 12232.
