Barangay Bgy. 12 - Tula-tula (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the City of Legazpi, located in the province of Albay, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bgy. 12 - Tula-tula (Pob.) had a population of 2,330. This made it the 31st largest of 70 barangays in City of Legazpi by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city.
