Barangay Mataas Na Lupa is a mid-sized barangay in the City of Lipa, located in the province of Batangas, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Mataas Na Lupa had a population of 4,510. This made it the 32nd largest of 72 barangays in City of Lipa by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city.
