Barangay San Martin IV

Barangay San Martin IV is a mid-sized barangay in the city of City of San Jose Del Monte, located in the province of Bulacan, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Martin IV had a population of 4,085. This made it the 33rd largest of 59 barangays in City of San Jose Del Monte by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay San Martin IV accounted for approximately 0.63% of the total population of City of San Jose Del Monte, which stood at 651,813 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 3,830 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 4,085 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +6.7%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Martin IV as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of San Jose Del Monte is a city comprising 59 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Martin IV, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
