Classified as a mega-barangay, Barangay Santo Cristo is one of the administrative divisions of City of San Jose Del Monte in Bulacan, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Santo Cristo had a population of 49,579. This made it the 3rd largest of 59 barangays in City of San Jose Del Monte by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Santo Cristo accounted for approximately 7.61% of the total population of City of San Jose Del Monte, which stood at 651,813 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 39,039 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 49,579 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +27.0%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Santo Cristo as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of San Jose Del Monte is a city comprising 59 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Santo Cristo, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
