Barangay III-D (Pob.)

Barangay III-D (Pob.) is a small barangay in the City of San Pablo, located in the province of Laguna, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay III-D (Pob.) had a population of 1,231. This made it the 60th largest of 80 barangays in City of San Pablo by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay III-D (Pob.) accounted for approximately 0.43% of the total population of City of San Pablo, which stood at 285,348 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,174 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,231 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +4.9%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay III-D (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of San Pablo is a city comprising 80 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay III-D (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Laguna, which contains 681 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay III-D (Pob.) ranks 442nd by 2020 population. Laguna is classified as a 1st by the Bureau of Local Government Finance, a category that reflects the province's annual regular income.

The next Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, with officials serving four-year terms under Republic Act No. 12232.
