Barangay San Vicente

Classified as a very large barangay, Barangay San Vicente is one of the administrative divisions of City of Sto. Tomas in Batangas, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Vicente had a population of 23,335. This made it the 1st largest of 30 barangays in City of Sto. Tomas by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay San Vicente accounted for approximately 10.68% of the total population of City of Sto. Tomas, which stood at 218,500 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 12,360 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 23,335 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +88.8%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay San Vicente is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Sto. Tomas is a city comprising 30 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Vicente, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
