Situated in City of Tanauan, Batangas, Barangay Bilog-bilog is one of 48 barangays that make up the city within CALABARZON.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bilog-bilog had a population of 5,469. This made it the 12th largest of 48 barangays in City of Tanauan by population, placing it in the upper half of the city. Residents of Barangay Bilog-bilog accounted for approximately 2.82% of the total population of City of Tanauan, which stood at 193,936 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 4,911 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 5,469 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +11.4%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Bilog-bilog is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Tanauan is a city comprising 48 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Bilog-bilog, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
