Barangay Guinabot

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Guinabot is one of the administrative divisions of City of Tangub in Misamis Occidental, Northern Mindanao, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Guinabot had a population of 430. This made it the 51st largest of 55 barangays in City of Tangub by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Guinabot accounted for approximately 0.63% of the total population of City of Tangub, which stood at 68,389 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Guinabot moving from 426 residents to 430 residents, an intercensal change of +0.9%. The trajectory indicates a slowly expanding community. Barangay Guinabot is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
