Barangay Pulpogan

Barangay Pulpogan forms part of Consolacion, a municipality in Cebu, and is classified as a large barangay.

The barangay recorded 13,123 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 14,700 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +12.0%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Pulpogan is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Consolacion is a municipality comprising 21 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Pulpogan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. The next BSKE is scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, following the synchronized election schedule set by COMELEC Resolution No. 11191.
