Situated in Cuenca, Batangas, Barangay Pinagkaisahan is one of 21 barangays that make up the municipality within CALABARZON.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Pinagkaisahan had a population of 1,962. This made it the 10th largest of 21 barangays in Cuenca by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pinagkaisahan accounted for approximately 5.41% of the total population of Cuenca, which stood at 36,235 in the same census year.
