Barangay San Felipe

Barangay San Felipe forms part of Cuenca, a municipality in Batangas, and is classified as a mid-sized barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Felipe had a population of 3,896. This made it the 2nd largest of 21 barangays in Cuenca by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Felipe accounted for approximately 10.75% of the total population of Cuenca, which stood at 36,235 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 3,377 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 3,896 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +15.4%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Felipe as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
