Barangay Santo Rosario

Barangay Santo Rosario is a small barangay in the municipality of Delfin Albano, located in the province of Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Santo Rosario had a population of 828. This made it the 18th largest of 29 barangays in Delfin Albano by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality.
