Barangay Dilud

Situated in Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur, Barangay Dilud is one of 44 barangays that make up the municipality within Zamboanga Peninsula.

This made it the 21st largest of 44 barangays in Dumingag by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Dilud accounted for approximately 2.14% of the total population of Dumingag, which stood at 48,881 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Dilud moving from 982 residents to 1,046 residents, an intercensal change of +6.5%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Dilud as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
