According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Masagana Pob. had a population of 2,262. This made it the 11th largest of 18 barangays in El Nido by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Masagana Pob. accounted for approximately 4.48% of the total population of El Nido, which stood at 50,494 in the same census year.
