Barangay 8 (Pob.)

Barangay 8 (Pob.) is a small barangay in the municipality of Giporlos, located in the province of Eastern Samar, in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay 8 (Pob.) had a population of 646. This made it the 10th largest of 18 barangays in Giporlos by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay 8 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 4.92% of the total population of Giporlos, which stood at 13,117 in the same census year.
