Barangay Sinapsapan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Sinapsapan is one of the administrative divisions of Jordan in Guimaras, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Sinapsapan had a population of 1,562. This made it the 11th largest of 14 barangays in Jordan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sinapsapan accounted for approximately 3.95% of the total population of Jordan, which stood at 39,566 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Sinapsapan moving from 1,646 residents to 1,562 residents, an intercensal change of -5.1%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. Barangay Sinapsapan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
