Barangay Luklukan Sur

Barangay Luklukan Sur is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Jose Panganiban, located in the province of Camarines Norte, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Luklukan Sur had a population of 4,346. This made it the 3rd largest of 27 barangays in Jose Panganiban by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Luklukan Sur accounted for approximately 6.83% of the total population of Jose Panganiban, which stood at 63,662 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Luklukan Sur changed from 4,185 to 4,346, a shift of +3.8% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Jose Panganiban. Barangay Luklukan Sur is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
