Barangay Didipio

Situated in Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya, Barangay Didipio is one of 30 barangays that make up the municipality within Cagayan Valley.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Didipio had a population of 3,443. This made it the 1st largest of 30 barangays in Kasibu by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Didipio accounted for approximately 8.24% of the total population of Kasibu, which stood at 41,776 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Didipio moving from 3,233 residents to 3,443 residents, an intercensal change of +6.5%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Didipio is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Kasibu is a municipality comprising 30 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Didipio, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
