Barangay White Kulaman

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay White Kulaman is one of the administrative divisions of Kitaotao in Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay White Kulaman had a population of 2,739. This made it the 5th largest of 35 barangays in Kitaotao by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay White Kulaman accounted for approximately 5.09% of the total population of Kitaotao, which stood at 53,796 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,532 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,739 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +8.2%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay White Kulaman as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Kitaotao is a municipality comprising 35 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay White Kulaman, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Bukidnon, which contains 464 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay White Kulaman ranks 182nd by 2020 population. Bukidnon is classified as a 1st by the Bureau of Local Government Finance, a category that reflects the province's annual regular income.
