Barangay Canaway

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Canaway is one of the administrative divisions of Kitcharao in Agusan Del Norte, Caraga, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Canaway had a population of 1,411. This made it the 8th largest of 11 barangays in Kitcharao by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Canaway accounted for approximately 6.63% of the total population of Kitcharao, which stood at 21,278 in the same census year.
