Barangay Suba

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Suba is one of the administrative divisions of Laoang in Northern Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Suba had a population of 677. This made it the 35th largest of 56 barangays in Laoang by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Suba accounted for approximately 1.12% of the total population of Laoang, which stood at 60,607 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Suba moving from 691 residents to 677 residents, an intercensal change of -2.0%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. Barangay Suba is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
