Barangay Cambalidio

Barangay Cambalidio forms part of Libmanan, a municipality in Camarines Sur, and is classified as a mid-sized barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Cambalidio had a population of 2,973. This made it the 5th largest of 75 barangays in Libmanan by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Cambalidio accounted for approximately 2.63% of the total population of Libmanan, which stood at 112,994 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Cambalidio moving from 3,145 residents to 2,973 residents, an intercensal change of -5.5%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Cambalidio as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Libmanan is a municipality comprising 75 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Cambalidio, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
