Barangay Palangon

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Palangon is one of the administrative divisions of Libmanan in Camarines Sur, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Palangon had a population of 990. This made it the 52nd largest of 75 barangays in Libmanan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Palangon accounted for approximately 0.88% of the total population of Libmanan, which stood at 112,994 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Palangon moving from 929 residents to 990 residents, an intercensal change of +6.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
