Barangay Planza

Barangay Planza is a small barangay in the municipality of Libmanan, located in the province of Camarines Sur, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Planza had a population of 557. This made it the 71st largest of 75 barangays in Libmanan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Planza accounted for approximately 0.49% of the total population of Libmanan, which stood at 112,994 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Planza moving from 505 residents to 557 residents, an intercensal change of +10.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Planza as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
