Barangay San Miguel (Pob.)

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay San Miguel (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Linapacan in Palawan, MIMAROPA Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Miguel (Pob.) had a population of 4,327. This made it the 1st largest of 10 barangays in Linapacan by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Miguel (Pob.) accounted for approximately 26.35% of the total population of Linapacan, which stood at 16,424 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 4,103 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 4,327 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +5.5%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay San Miguel (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
