Barangay Baay

Classified as a large barangay, Barangay Baay is one of the administrative divisions of Lingayen in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Baay had a population of 5,818. This made it the 5th largest of 32 barangays in Lingayen by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Baay accounted for approximately 5.40% of the total population of Lingayen, which stood at 107,728 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Baay moving from 5,633 residents to 5,818 residents, an intercensal change of +3.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Baay is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
